Kawahata Elephant help please

Hello. I really need some help. I remember how to fold the body of the elephant already. I remember learning it from Ravi Apte's site. It has been a while since I have folded one and I find myself stuck on the precrease. Could someone help me out? I only need the precrease steps up to the point where you begin to rabbit ear the tail.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to help. I really love this model and used to fold them on the city bus again and again until they were very small. It made the small children sitting near me quite happy.
