it said no diagram but it a cool model, is there a cp that isn't trademarked or copyrighted or anything?

No, I'm almost certain that Joseph copyrights all his diagrams. It's entirely possible that he doesn't even have a CP at all.

If you're looking to fold a turtle/tortoise, you might want to try <a>Roberto Gretter's</a>. It's hard, but worth it in the end; I just folded it for the first time an hour ago, it's a brilliant model!

I folded the turtle. It was pretty annoying to get all the sunken stars. (At least, to me it was. Probably not with you, Ahudson

)
Great model though.
