Long lost diagram (Shachi Hoko)

Hi everybody, can anyone on here tell me where to get or if they have the diagram for this particular whale (Shachi Hoko) ... I folded it years ago and forgot where the pattern came from ... I think I may have lent the book I found it in away.

I know where to get diagrams for a different Shachi Hoko, but not for that one.

It looks like the one in The New Origami by Steve and Megumi Biddle.
