But does anyone want to give me some suggestions on some of the more easy diagrams?

what particular models you would like to fold? may be I could give you some suggestions or refer you to links

Well, perhaps it would be a good idea to tell which models you have already folded...

If you havent folded anything at all, i suggest to start with a crane
