I made this rose, and im not prositive it it's correct, but here it is:

Its not too hard of a rose. I printed off the crease pattern and used printer paper to fold it due to the fact it's made from a circle.

you should try to make a better picture. yours is too blurry and only a front view.
and a circle is (even for me) a too strange starting form. I don't have circle-papers at home because I never needed it.

I would need to see a side shot -- that's the hard part. The rose is foldable from an unmarked circle.

And it's Chapman-Bell. Not that we worry about such things.

sorry lol... Yea... about the blurryness, I kinda cant help that. Its a 10 dollar digital webcam that I use as a camera anyhow. I'll try to ask my sister if i can use her camera.

Cool I think I am going to try this without a crease pattern. Looks like all you would need to do is get a pentagon and then get a compass to form the circle.

It's simpler to start with a circle and fold a pentagon onto it. Then, you use the edge of the circle to guide the curved folds in the model.

Oh well I had no idea there was a way to make a pentagon out of a circle! And could somone post a picture of the side of the rose because I am not exactly sure I did it right. I was never very good with cp's ^^;
