That's the CP, and I need help with the neck, I've made the tail, feet, etc. but I need help with propping the neck up. I can do the head too, but the neck's base is the problem. Any help?

The neck part is a simple crimp fold. If you're not sure on how to do one, try looking at this page : http://www.fishgoth.com/origami/basics4.html.
