I'm having some trouble sinking, unsinking, and sinking again, according to step 22 of this model. You can find it here:

Wait, I'm confused. It says to sink them.

I think you can call it more of a pleat crimp fold, but you could call it a sink.

So I'll I have to do is pleat it? Well that's a lot simpler. But I don't think it works because I don't think there are as many flaps at the end of the step as there should be.

No. I mean, ignore the unsinking. Just sink-sink-sink.

I think the instruction should be: " Sink in and out on using existing creases" like other autors decribe it. (Lang by example). The problem is that is a "closed sink" on the pleat that runs from the raw paper tho the shell.

Closed sinking in and out is really easy (unless it's Lang's Dancing Crane)

You just pleat the paper and then closed sink the whole thing.

I also need help on this model. I can't do the pleats at the step 13.
Particularly I have trouble with the inner pleats (pleats inside 2 hexagons)
Any help on how to the pleats are welcome
