the steps 86 and 87 are one step to come to the step 88.
the shown triangle includes the complete head.

I remember having tried that step a few times as well. I don't remember how I did it, but I know it turned out to be much easier then I expected.

The thing I did wrong was that I thought the circeled triangle in Chris' picture were the arms. (one on each side) and the upper triangle was the head. Once I figured that out it was simple.

Step 86 isn't even really necessary. You can accomplish what's needed with just step 87.
Anyhow, step 86 is really what it looks like: a simple valey fold. The problem come in the drawing of step 87. It makes it look like a flap is caught in a pocket, when you really just have that little triangle flap (which will later become the hair) lying on top.
Here's a simplified and exaggerated diagram of how the model should look at Step 87. [I left out the broomstick.]

Chris, could you post that video again?, it isn't there any more.
I 'm also having lots of trouble with steps 62 to 64 :
62- I can't understand if the diagram means more than "open a little the flap".
63- It seems like a simple reverse fold but that way it's impossible to get the paper like figure 64.
