Eastern Dragon - Need Help

I need help with steps 23 and 24 of this eastern dragon...

I knew it was going to be those steps...even before I checked. You will probably need a video, but...
You are essentially opening up those long long long flaps on the creases you made in step 16. When you open it up, that mountain fold that cuts the square diagonally should almost naturally form. On second thought, yes, you will need a video.
