Hello,

I am doing a school project and I have a 3D shape which I made in sketchup and got a net for it too. However I was wondering if anyone could suggest and glueless method of putting them together (except tape as well)

I am planning on using 2mm cardboard for it

you could try to create modules based on your net. you're in need of some parts with pockets and other with suitable flaps ...

If you don't need an origamistic method the simpler solution should be the classic "tab and cut" system, like in most of the packaging boxes.
On one of side you want join you should put a tab large as the side, on the base of this tab you make a cut that will receive the tab (large as the cut) you'll put on the opposite side to join.
Hope that's clear, or I'll put a little sketch.

Why not use glue? It would be a ton easier. If you worry about drying time, just use super glue or crazy glue. If you still wish not to, then I too recommend a tab and pocket method, as anything else would probably fall apart or explode in your face.
