i've been eying on this cobra for a couple minutes and i was wondering how to make the body. i know there are partial diagrams at the bottom, but if anyone can break it down for me, that would be great

I think you're in luck. To me the body just looks to be a very large serious of cross pleats.
So just make a 45 degree diagonal pleat in one direction (probably about 1/16 or 1/32 of the paper width) and then make a diagonal pleat in the other direction so they intersect at the middle point. Just keep alternating the pleats until you've made it to the tail. Let me know if you need anymore help.

Body in this case, I think you're correct in calling it that.
It's probably more a hood, but the way the body is, it seems a little obviouse how that's done ;P
From what it looks like, it seems like some water bombs or pralimanary bases that were over layed on each other.
I tried quickly right now, and it turned out similar but not the same.
I suggest you experiment, and you can probably come up with your own.

Guys where can I find the paper that size so fold this model please help!

I have made mine with handmade tissue foil so you buy the foil paper, size it to 1:33(around 10x330cm) and when you have the big rectangle you glue the tissue paper to the foil, that's the way I made my paper.
