I'm having a lot of trouble with steps 30-34 with the collapsing. The diagrams can be found in genuine origami.

Not a very good video since I didn't stay centered, but there it is.

On step 31, reverse the crease to make the mountain fold, and push the point inward as shown by the push arrow.

Step 32, reverse the horizontal crease to make the mountain fold, then work on the crimps on either side. The model should curl up on itself to close the body.

Step 33, open the model and flip over the indicated triangle to one side, to lock the body closed.

Step 34, pull out the top fins, and flatten them to either side. Turn it over and you're done.
