Well, I have some problems trying to understand the diagrams at steps 37-40, the third picture shows what I think I should do at step 38, but I'm not sure.
Any help of what should I do?

Oh, well I managed to fold it, but the paper I used was way too thin.
And also I had problems with steps 124-130
