This is based on the head being upper left top corner of the sheet.
It is based upon 28ths.
The feet are 2 units wide each.
The zig-zags are 1 unit.
The boxes for the head and jaws are 4 units
From the left top corner to where the weird angle of the foot hits the top edge of the paper is 18 units
The diamond point on the tail is 8 units from the edge.
The vertical line is 10 units. there are 22.5 degree creases (3) from that vertical edge to the crease that runs up at a weird angle from the diamond point. That crease terminates 5 units from the edge.
The mountain fold from last foot crease to the diamond on the tail is 22.5 degrees, and the valley fold is 11.25...
You should be able to find everything else ...

So I think I collapsed the base for this more or less correctly. This cp took me a long time to figure out, and I'm still not certain it's all correct. In particular the forelegs required folding over and tucking in a layer that just seemed wrong, but it's the only way I could get the crease assignments to work. This is a difficult cp!
Head and everything else seems to have collapsed correctly. I think I've got a few creases mis-positioned between the leg and the rear spine as it won't go flat. It might be alright once I start shaping it, but my reference points might be off in that section, IDK...
The fingers on the foreleg (or are those toes?) I'm also not quite sure about. If anyone has folded them pictures would be appreciated. I'll post pics of what I come up with in the meantime...
I've got some other photos on my flickr, if you know for certain something is incorrect please comment here or there!

My base for my test fold turned out looking like what you have, so I think you got it right. I'm positive I made the fingers wrong, but I just spread the layers and rearranged them so that I could make three fingers. When I fold a final version, I can try to post pictures of the fingers if I find a clean way to fold them.

Hi
I am currently folding this model and have a question. I am collapsing it right now. I know where the legs are and everything else, but where do the arms come from? I am clueless on this. Thanks so much!
