Origami for Gift - PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone!
I have to do this:

for my girlfriend for an anniversary (12 December). I want to do something special done by me and this lamp is amazing!
I find nothing compared to this image!
I'm so sad because i don't understand how to draw the basic design lines to the "initial square".
Someone has already seen this origami or know how to make it??
