Yeah, posting copies from a book or magazine is against copyright... in many times even if you do get permission from the author, because he doesn't own the magazine/book copyright.
Posting one or two excerpts is fair use, but more than that is crossing the gray line....

Its a simple rabbit ear. What I did on this step was pinch where the mountain fold is, and pull up along the top valley crease. the rest should just fall into place. If that doesn't work, then create a small waterbomb base with the existing creases and pull the mountain crease up (DON'T FLATTEN). After this, make the preliminary base with the rest, and then flatten.
