help with jason kus balrog

Im currently stuck at step 41. I cant get the sinkings right. Am I really suposed to open sink the whole section, or is it a partly open partly closed sink? Help is really apreciated

It's open on the left where the big squash is and closed on the right where the point is sticking out.
