Sonobe Assembled Inside Out

I recently saw this website "http://sonobe.info/" and saw the 120 piece sonobe unit assembled inside out (Third row, middle picture). I'm the type of person that has to see it before I can recreate it, and I cannot find a tutorial or any instructions on how to fold this. Therefore I was wondering if anyone knew of any instructions, tutorials, or books with the information in it or this model or one like it? THANK YOU!
