Witch (Seiji Nishikawa)

Hi there, I have recently tried to fold Seiji Nishikawa's Witch. I am already stuck on step 10. It seems simple enough, but I don't understand the diagrams, I f someone could help me, that would be great. Thanks

It would be helpful if you linked to the diagrams so we could see the instruction you're stuck on.

You can't link to a C drive. The file needs to be posted on the internet.
