i was trying to fold this gorgeous model ,but my base turned out a mess (thats why i didnt provide a picture of my work) .
any one that folded or will fold this model please help.

What portions of the pattern are you having trouble with?

I tried to fold this model, as a break to making my Ryu zin. I noticed that I had to add 2 creases that weren't there on the cp, but my base is fine so it could be a cp mistake. Also in the top area I didn't fold the small triangles, because when I tried they didn't seem necessary ( result with those creases and without is the same).
