Does Jeremy Shafer have a model named "Diamond Fractal"?

The weirdest thing happened to me today. I keep a list of "to fold" models and when I checked it today I had Jeremy Shafer's Diamond Fractal. I didn't remember how the model looked like so I went and checked the books I have by him and found nothing. I searched Jeremy's Youtube channel and found nothing. I checked the internet in general and found nothing, so I don't know how that name got into my list.

Does anyone have any idea what model this could be?
