I am looking for a design I can fold of action figure/ gi -joe guy I can fold for my boys to play with. I want something complex enough that it really looks like a human, but not so complex that I would be sad if they ripped it. Any suggestions?

You can fold Brian Chan's Iron Man. The CP can be found on his website and there is even photo-diagrams for it.
