Shark Designer???

Hi! I've found this very cool and very simple shark in the Bogota 2014 book, and I want to teach it on my channel. Unfortunately, there isn't the name of the designer or his flickr or facebook, etc...

If someone could tell me who is the designer of this shark and where can I contact him via email, I'd be forever grateful.

Oh, btw, diagrams on pg 246.
