I had a request from a friend to make Solid Snake from Metal Gear. Does anyone know any (preferably) diagrams or (only if necessary) CP's?

You could possibly use Brian Chan's Rei v.3 base, using the hair flaps instead for the bandanna. That would probably come out well.

If you also want boobs and ridiculous color changes
I don't know of any pre-existing Snake designs, so a new design would probably be necessary.

oh yeah... maybe use the boobs as that big belt or something?
Also, Snake has colour changes as well, so it might not look so silly.

Yeah, but not the same kind of color changes as Rei. You could maybe come up with something, but I bet it would take some major modifications.

I made a rather simple Solid Snake with boxpleating a 48*48 grid, but it was horrendous, because I am not that great of a designer. I was a little bit of an idiot and forgot to take a picture of it before I gave it to the person who challenged me to make it.

Are there any hidden diagrams for Rei, like there were for the rose?

No, the rose diagrams were there for the Tanteidan publishers or something. I'm pretty sure Chan hasn't drawn diagrams for Rei v3.

Does it have to be based on that exact picture? I have designed a version of snake a while back and it's probably even more reconizable too!

The diagrams arent fully finished as I've halted progress on the design(I'll actually try to finish it now), but I do have a complete crease pattern if you have a basic knowledge of them its not too horribly hard.
