Looking for this Samurai Beetle

I was browsing through Hojyo's astounding site, when I happened to stumble on to this amazing beetle.
Anyway,I have two questions. First of all, is this his design? I see it nowhere else on the site.
Secondly, are there any crease patterns for it? Thank you for any help you can provide.
Edit: I did run it though Google translator, but it was complete engrish. If you don't know, that's poor translation from Japanese to English.
