Origami Crane, with a £5/£10/£20 note

I'd like to make a piece of highly recognised, traditional origami out of money. (only because its stylish though
)
However, all I can ever find on the internet is for dollar bills, I live in England, so I can't exactly pay with $ even if I have them
. If any of you are american and were wondering £ notes are basically two squares next to each other, to create a rectangle, so the length:width is 2:1.
I've tried folding it over to create a square and just do it the original way, but it becomes too fiddly towards the end, any help?
