I must fold this:

Does anyone know where I can get it? It seems to be in a BOS booklet which isn't listed on their site. I'm at a loss trying to track it down. Any leads appreciated.

It seems to be BOS Convention 1999 Spring on p. 24.

Suggestions:
1. Write to the BOS Librarian (Penny Groom ?) and ask for help.
2. Look on eBay or ask the Forum if someone will sell theirs.
3. Write a very respectful letter to Max Hulme and ask if he will sell you a copy of the diagrams. (I don't know his email.)
4. It may be possible to do some type of InterLibrary Loan.
