Just look for "cow" in http://www.origamidatabase.com/

By the way, if somebody got the diagram of the Bull of Gabriel Alvarez ( http://www.creasepattern.com/origami/bull.html ) i am very interested.

A short search in the forum leads to the following thread,
http://snkhan.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=761, which probably will answer your question.

The diagrams for Stephen O'Hanlon's cow mentioned in this thread can be found here: http://www.fishgoth.com/origami/diagrams/old_cow.pdf

I very much like Noboru's cow but have not tried to fold it from CP yet though.

Oh, and welcome to the forum :)
So long and keep folding ^_^

There is a rather complex bull on the Hong Kong origami society site somewhere. Although it is 'complex' it has a rather fluent folding sequence with no awkard folds so it isn't exactly the hardest model to fold. I've folded one and the end result is rather satisfying. The proportions are perfect and the model lends itself rather well to a large tissue foil sandwich.
