Howdy. I'm new to origami. Been at it roughly a month now and folded a few nice models (and even more not so nice wads of paper). The Dollar Koi is what got me wanting to learn in the first place so heres the one I was working on yesterday all prettied up. Wish all my stuff turned out 1/2 as decent
seemed like it would be a good starter book (that and severe lack of local origami related items/books). Was the insect diagram that ultimately sold me on it, love the insect models i been googling lately. But that penquin is an extremely nice surprise, after all, they are my favorite animal. I also like how the book progresses from simple models to more complex, now if I can stop wasting paper by trying to start at the last page and working my way backwards...
