Hi,
I have been folding since my school days after stumbling across "Paper Folding for Fun" in the library on a rainy afternoon. After a brief phase of folding everything in the book and pestering my parents for more books and paper I stopped folding and headed off to college. I always remembered how to fold the "flapping bird" and "frog" by heart and would fold them now and then mostly for my own amusement (boring meetings etc..).
Over the last five years or so my interest has been renwed again and I have been collecting books (mainly thanks to Amazon and Nicolas Terry's great site).
I still struggle on the more complex models but time seems to have given me much more patience than when I was a child. Although the excitement of waiting for new books to arrive in the post ("Origami Essence" should be here soon) takes me back to that childhood enthusiasm.
Hello to one and all!
