Great idea! (allthough those simple origami callenders are good practice for me still
)

Oh My Gosh, Jared!!!!! That's like the coolest website that I've seen, with really really cool origami!!!!!! I've been really bored lately too, cuz I haven't found any good origami models, so this is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure there is more to life than folding origami, and I plan on finding out what that is if I grow up.

Hey y'all, we're back for Week 2. For this week we again have two offerings. Couldn't fold the CP from last week? No worries! I've completed the diagrams for my Snowflake! This is just one of many possible variations, and we're looking forward to seeing y'all fold it and come up with your own variations!
We also have the crease pattern for Hsi Hua Liu's Rabbit.
Good luck, keep on folding, and don't forget to come back next week and every week!

Nice idea! BTW, can other people contribute diagrams? Because this might help me get motivated to diagram more...
As for the simple origami calendars, I buy them if not just to have a calendar. Plus a few of the models are actually pretty clever (such as a bird base Spinosaurus). Then again I'm a bit biased since I'm normally not much for folding super complex stuff and prefer to fold intermediate-low complex models

week 7
Whilst the twist in week 7 is nice enough on its own, the underlying method of n-secting angles is great! I can't believe I've never seen this before, even though I've seen dividing edges into n equal divisions numerous times (but then I do own Brilliant Origami!). Its so neat and really obvious now I've seen it. Now if only i can figure out what fold I should start with to get a 27-gon?!
Also, its really spooky but I tried it twice and got almost precisely 3/7th both times - I didn't have to re-adjust the first fold once.
Oh yeah, plus BUMP for this topic - appreciation for a fun and very worthy effort!

And they shall... I think...
Well, it's likely that there may have been some kind of stall in the designing or diagramming process...
