The magazine is in need of your models!

If you have a model and you wish to publish its diagrams in a future number of the magazine you can now do so

You just need to send an email message, attaching only photos of the model, to origamijuan(a)gmail.com

If the model is selected then we'll ask you for diagrams of the model for a future number! It's important that the model has a mid intermediate to complex level, ok?

Thanks to the translating help of both Alberto Ramirez and Chris Taylor we're able to offer you this month issues 10 & 11 of Mini Neo.

Issue 10 includes diagrams for David Llanque's "Koala", also an interview with Eric Madrigal, a tour of the "4 Esquinas" Magazine, some info about paper color and origami, and a small tribute to late Angel Guitarte.

Isssue 11 has diagrams for Nguyen Ngoc Vu's "Koi", an interview with David Martinez, and a little info about the use of paper with textures and designs in origami.

This is a message from origamijuan: "Mini Neo's special edition was canceled! The diagrams that we received weren't what we were hoping for this special edition. Thank you for those who offered their works, I'll delete them from my inbox in order to avoid problems further on. It was also canceled because we didn't receive enough and we needed more time to receive others and edit them, and during this days that's impossible for me.

Alberto & Chris have translated two new issues: 12 & 13.

Issue 12 was a Christmas special with diagrams for Graciela Vicente's Nativity scene, an interview with Manuel Pérez Trastoy from Spain, and finally, some information behind the symbols used in diagrams.

Issue 13 has diagrams for a Buffalo by Fernando Castellanos and an interview with Tom Hull who's passionate about the relation between origami and math.

Issue 14 includes diagrams from Sergio Guarachi of a Peasant mask. It represents the native peasants from his country.

Besides that, you can find an interview from Liliana Badillo to Sara Adams, editor of The Fold -the online magazine- and owner of Happy Folding -the origami site.
