I am amazed at how cool the Flapping Vader is on Kamiya's site. Anyone know if there is a CP or diagrams availble?
It looks simple enough, I just don't get how he did the head. There's virtually no Darth Vader diagrams out there for his head.

After another look, I don't think the model is the standard flapping bird. Look at the torso part ... it comes down whereas most flapping birds are flat at that area.origamimasterjared wrote:I'm surprised by you being "blown away" that there aren't diagrams. I would be far more surprised if it WERE diagrammed.
Anyhow, it's just an ordinary flapping bird, with the head flap formed into a Vader head via standard origami techniques. Nothing special.
