Can anyone do either of these pokemon, if so can you explain each step or make a tutorial because the stop film animation blows. Thanks

(Dialga is the main problem)

Actually these are pretty easy. The inventor of these pieces just uses simple bases like the modified pig base and blintzed frog and bird base. Know your techniques well and folding them would be easy.

IT's just that I have to guess my way through the steps by watching the ones after because the shots do not really show much information

If it's the start that you're having some troubles with, here is how to get those very confusing parts done;
Dialga: You are basically pleating the paper then double reverse folding the paper on all of the open parts to a specific degree (see video) to form something like claws.
Palkia: You are pleat sinking the sides then sinking the tip.
More info when I finish them, haven't started yet : D
