Andrey Ermakov's mantis shrimp  It is SUPER hard, and you need to fold a 96 grid for the references. Diagrams are in one of the tanteidan convention books.

The ankylosaurus was not too hard. It was really tedious though by making the scales on the side. I made it with 15cm kami and the body and tail was okay but the face was kind of squooshed together.

Wow, you must have a lot of patience. :O As for diagrams, I think they don't get more complex than that. You should try out crease patterns. :)

That's impressive TheUnchosenOne, from such a small sheet of paper! Actually Cowburger, I thought it would take several weeks, but I finished it up in about five days. Yeah I think your right there. The diagram is laid out like collapsing cp I think I'm ready to fold some complex CP's!

Awesome! Petr stuchly is a rather good friend of mine (he taught me how to design), and he has a ton of awesome super complex crease patterns! :D http://www.flickr.com/photos/petr-stuch ... 105992718/

Yup, I'm aware of Petr photostream. That may be a good place to start. Oh and by the way I folded the scorpion you two designed, you did a great job with it! (The one with body pleats, and unfortunately, it is MIA)

Haha no! It was 18 inches. I noticed that mistake with the tick marks but didn't change it. Now I think i will.
