Andrey Ermakov's mantis shrimp
It is SUPER hard, and you need to fold a 96 grid for the references. Diagrams are in one of the tanteidan convention books.

Re: Super-Complex Diagrams
The ankylosaurus was not too hard. It was really tedious though by making the scales on the side. I made it with 15cm kami and the body and tail was okay but the face was kind of squooshed together.

Wow, you must have a lot of patience. :O As for diagrams, I think they don't get more complex than that. You should try out crease patterns.Raptorex55 wrote:Funny you should mention that Cowburger. I just finished that one up. Check out my Flickr!

That's impressive TheUnchosenOne, from such a small sheet of paper! Actually Cowburger, I thought it would take several weeks, but I finished it up in about five days. Yeah I think your right there. The diagram is laid out like collapsing cp I think I'm ready to fold some complex CP's!
Re: Super-Complex Diagrams
Awesome! Petr stuchly is a rather good friend of mine (he taught me how to design), and he has a ton of awesome super complex crease patterns!

Yup, I'm aware of Petr photostream. That may be a good place to start. Oh and by the way I folded the scorpion you two designed, you did a great job with it! (The one with body pleats, and unfortunately, it is MIA)
Re: Super-Complex Diagrams
oh really? Can you show me a photo of it?
PS: What's MIA?

Haha no! It was 18 inches. I noticed that mistake with the tick marks but didn't change it. Now I think i will.
