The diagrams for Komatsu's wolf are floating around. Whether they're legal or not, IDK. And it's not complex, but Littlezilla on Flickr has diagrams for his wolf.

I've been looking for something similar too for a while, and that's why I've made several attempts at designing my own complex wolf that is still anatomically accurate. No results yet, unfortunately.
After the fall, we rise.

I have designed a wolf and I am currently trying to figure out inkscape. Maybe I'll make some diagrams for it when I'm finished whith my goat. There was also a diagram for a wolf included in the tasks for the anual origami challenge by anermak, (see the challenges section of the forum). I must say that Komatsu's wolf is pretty good, I'm still looking forward to seeing his new wolf model diagrammed, so far I've only seen a crease pattern.
