I think it's Kamiya's design but I have no clue. Does anyone know who's model and if there is a CP/diagram? Thanks!!

It's Kujinshi type 2 - by Kamiya Satotoshi, and yes there is cp for that model

I might just give this a fold. Really interesting details and it would be a challenge to fold it as Kamiya does. Or at least attempt.
