First, follow the crease lines on the first layer. In the center, make a mountain fold, pull the first layer out while pushing up on the inside. It is hard to explain. Just follow the creases on teh first layer, pulling the flap toward you, and the inside crease should fall into place.

i'm not quite getting it... i have some questions that probably would help me if you could answer them. (thanks a whole lot in advance!)

1. is the fold made ONLY from creases that are already there? no new creases made with the fold?

2. what exactly to i need to push up? is it only the first layer or do i push up all the layers together?

thanks for your reply.
