URGENT:Need to make a CROSS

Help. I need to include the above in a document on "How to make an origami Cross" with diagrams and instructions. I have searched all over the web. One would think it would be quite simple to make yet I have not found what I'm looking for yet.

Can someone please enlighten me ASAP. On a deadline.

simple boxpleating to the center will prouduce a cross.
shorten three edges of that cross will produce a christian cross
