Now now, be polite everyone. Hopefully Alex can translate some of the threads for us? My french is appalling and there's only so much you can get from Google translate ...

Vous ne devez pas parlez beaucoup de français pour joigner le forum francaphon. J'ai joigner cette forum, mais je suis seulement dans ma 3e année d'immersion française, alors je ne comprends pas beaucoup!

In English: You don't have to speak lots of french to join the french forum. I joined this forum, but I am only in my third year of french immersion, so I don't understand a lot!

moi aussi, jai bien envi de savoir la vue francaise.
me to, I want to know what the french think.
And not suggest to join in it if you don't know the basic of french. You'll get a head ache trying to decrepit the code. I am an Arab with an American mom and was put in the french education system all my life, now learning German bla bla bla

You may try and go to 56 rue Coriolis, any saturday 2 pm to 5 pm. It is the place of the french origami society meeting. I'm pretty sure that with your poor french, their poor english, and your both origami skils you will manage to fold something together.

Some Folders living in Paris and members of the french forum also organize regularly some meetings and I think some of them can speak english, but you should go to the appropriated section of the french forum to get the place and date of the meeting.

Hope that help.
