Looking for Issei Yoshino's Coelacanth

Hey, does anyone know where to find the diagrams to Issei Yoshino's Coelacanth? I couldn't find anything in the origami database. I know it exists, as I've seen it on Gabriel Vong's site http://oriman.topcities.com: http://img473.imageshack.us/img473/7417/sea024tg1.jpg

And I recall seeing it elsewhere too, but I can't remember where.
