I have a problem on step 23-26.

I dont get how to do it!

I believe those are just sinks.

Yup, just turn your model 180° and you'll see that it is, in fact, a simple sink. The only addition is that you have to stretch the paper at the end of the sink (step 24). You can also compare step 22 with 27 to see the result of 23-26.

i can't do the blade part of the gunblade... any suggestions?

You can start by unsinking the barrel part, followed by some shaping to your liking using sinks and mountain folds.
