There is a wasp design in Lang's book, "Origami Insects and Their Kin", that's pretty realistic.
The most realistic wasp I've seen would have to be Kamiya's, which you can see here: http://www.folders.jp/g/2002/0232.html
Sadly there are no diagrams.
