Molecular Models with Origami - translation request

I have a copy of Molecular Models with Origami by Yoshihide Momotani and I want to fold the HIV model, but I am having some difficulty because I cannot read the text describing the setup and the steps.

I am looking for someone who has access to a copy of the book, can translate from Japanese to English, and who would be kind enough to translate a few of the passages. Any help would be appreciated.
