please try these diagrams and let me know if they make sense

they are made for a dollar bill, but can be folded from any strip of paper at least one by one and three quarters (i generally use a one by two rectangle).

i have not included written instructions yet, i wanted to make sure the diagrams made sense first.
only the left side is shown, but you should perform all steps on both ends.

Hi, the pictures are really huge, so I changed them into links.

The diagrams are very nice and beautifully drawn. I've just noticed two minor mistakes. In step 7 the arrows are too long. They should reach from the corner of the paper to the second crease on the opposite side - not the first. You've shown it correctly with the ruler on the left side, but like I said, the arrows are too long. In the next step the arrows only need heads on one side. The creases are already prefolded and you just want to refold them without opening up again.
All in all very good work, although you should add step numbers for easier orientation. This is especially helpful if someone wants help on a specific step.

Why? Make use of the clone and reflect tools!

The diagrams look nice, much better than many I've seen. And yes, they do make sense. That said, here's what I've got:

All right, first, you MUST add step numbers.

Next, some errors/advice:

• Step 7: Your arrows are each going 1/8 too far.
  
  Between 11-12: The offset view is nice, but you may want to make that flap more rectangular.
  
  Step 12: Add some x-ray creases to show the hidden folds used to get Step 13.
  
  Step 14: You have two creases, but only one fold arrow. Either separate this into two steps (recommended) or put another fold arrow.
  
  Step 15 (the complicated one): There's a much easier way to do this, but it requires multiple steps. First make a big old rabbit ear, then pull out the layers. Easier to draw, easier to understand. If you just keep the step you already have, you should still add another fold arrow on the bottom (mirror of the one at top)
  
  Step 15-16-17: Get a rotate symbol in there.
  
  1st step on page 3: What kind of fold is this? It's not obvious whether to make a swivel fold, wrap around the back for a mountain fold, etc. Also, use x-ray for the arrow.
  
  Last steps on page 3: Add fold arrows. Also, enlarge. And your turn-over symbol, while cool, is non-standard. The standard way to make it is to draw a circle, and then add a regular valley fold arrow to the top.
