In this step you have to make so called rabbit ears. If you're not familiar with this step then you should have a look at the following video:

The step is very easy once you figure out how it works. Pay close attention to the direction of the folds. Hint: The lower two valley folds on the left and right flaps seem to be angle bisectors.
