I would like to give it a try, but I've never folded from CPs before. Is it too much for a CP moron like me, or maybe not that difficult? I really like the model.
Thanks in advance!
P.S.: The text in Japanese translated by Babelfish is completely nonsense (it's even funny)
I have no idea on how to get the reference points (specially because the cp is too small)
on the other hand, it is very wet-fold-friendly, and i'm more confident about wet-folding since i folded Anibal Voyer's winged tiger last week and used water to keep in shape (I never thought water would be so helpful!)
This is not an easy CP. Hideo Komatsu's models generally use a lot of 3d techniques, and after folding the CP you still have a lot of work to do to finish the model-- none of which is easy. Hideo Komatsu's only easy models are his Santa and Frog.
I don't know about whether or not it is illegal, but I made a more defined copy of the CP for the Cat in Inkscape, so here is a PDF of that, if it helps you to find reference points. I hope that the CP is accurate enough.
Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.
