Hi Everyone,
This is about a project / initiative which was shared by OUSA on its Facebook page. "Cranestorm–Wishes in Flight" is a project by Brain Injury Association of Minnesota whose goal is to accumulate 100,000 cranes, one for every Minnesotan with brain injury. The cranes received will eventually become part of an ongoing art installation.
Contributors are invited to fold cranes and send then in a box along with a registration form.
For more details on the project, events and on the folding process (of cranes) please visit their webpage at http://braininjurymn.org/volunteer/cranestorm.php

Well nothing is really mentioned about the timeline / deadline on the web page. It does look like its going to take a while, as they haven't reached the 100, 000 mark as yet.
OrigamiUSA shared this link through their Facebook page, so this is the only source of information (i.e. the webpage) that I have. I guess, if you think you may not be able to finish the desired no. of cranes within a few weeks, you can contact them (Brain Injury Assoc) and find out.
