Large copy paper

I have access to very large copy paper (0,6m to 1m large, all white), but I'm not sure what to fold with it. So I'm asking this to you guys : what fun/cool/impressive model would you fold if you had access to this sort of paper?
I was thinking modulars and Jeremy Shafer models, but what else could there be?

A lot of the Intermediate- hard lang models can be best folded from this paper. Grasshopper from Insects and their Kin, frog from Origami design secrets, and so on
