Pegasus - Victoria SEROVA

Hello everyone.
Could somebody help me with steps 40-45 of Victoria SEROVA's pegasus, diagrammed in Pajarita convention 2011.
I can't figure the references for the folds : are they bissectors, or ?

Just picked up my copy to look...
Same parts I've had trouble. My honest suggestion?
I've bought the artists book. Folded a model, and with things like this, just try and make it look similar. I consider the thicker lines the major flaw in this, especially with such close creases. Imagine some of Kamiya's or Langs models with such thick and bold lines x-x
